Shipping policy
Please allow 2-10 Business Days for processing and shipping of orders. Sometimes an additional 1-2 Business Days after larger releases and/or clearance sales are needed. All dips are handmade and we appreciate your patience.
***Orders can not be cancelled once placed***
Claims on lost packages: If USPS shows you package has been delivered by scan and GPS, then you would need to call and speak to your local post office if you did not receive the package.
Packages showing in transit or delivered are out of our control and are an issue with USPS. You will need to call your local post office for them to check GPS as to where it was delivered to or last scanned at.

Returns: Due to the type of products we sell, returns are not accepted
Refunds: are given or replacements if something is wrong with your order at the discretion of the company. Done on a case by case basis.
**All sales are final. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or refunds. If your product is damaged or defective or you have any problems with your order please send an email to confidips@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Colors of dips seen in photos may vary in person due to lighting, computer screen settings, and natural eye sight. The product may vary from what you see on your device. Any product not purchased through this site will not be covered by the damaged or defective goods policy.
